What to Expect in a Session
Each session is sacred, intuitive, and completely attuned to you: your energy field, your season, your soul. Whether you're receiving a one-time session or stepping into a multi-session Activation, our work together unfolds with care, clarity, and compassion.
We begin with grounding and soul check-in
A moment to honor what’s arising in your heart, mind, and energy field and what you’re moving through emotionally, energetically, or spiritually.We enter into the healing space
Vibrational healing, Reiki, crystal work, and intuitive tools are used based on your field’s needs. Spirit-led insight may flow in, with permission.We close with reflection and integration
You’ll receive an oracle card message to offer intuitive guidance for your next empowered steps. If you’re in an Activation Tier, you’ll also receive ongoing check-ins, integration support, and rituals or tools to continue the work between sessions.
As your energy field rebalances, you may experience a period of energetic integration. After energy work, you may temporarily experience cold/flu like symptoms, changes in bowel movements, fatigue, fevers, heartburn, joint pain, swelling, rashes, itching, lung congestion, headaches, emotional releases, and VIVID dreams. This is your system rebalancing itself, clearing old energetic residue, and integrating the new frequencies received. You may experience some symptoms immediately after a treatment, or up to 2 to 3 days later.
