The Heart Behind the Work

Hi, I’m Becca.

My journey has been both tender and fierce — marked by long seasons of burning out and losing touch with myself beneath the weight of expectations I thought I had to carry.

I chased every answer, spiritual practices, therapy, coaching, but the ache inside only grew louder. It was a relentless, sacred whisper telling me: You are here to do more than just survive.

When I wasn't answering the call, the Universe intervened and made that decision for me by laying me off from my dream Corporate America job that I had just started.

After the rage and anger softened, surrender quietly settled in. I intuitively knew it was time to listen, so I opened myself up to receive guidance and direction.

Through vibrational healing and deep soul work, I uncovered the light and power that had been within me all along — only buried beneath years of societal conditioning, burnout, and trying to fit a mold that wasn’t mine.

Now, I stand ready to guide others through this sacred reclaiming. To hold space that is both gentle and powerful. Where your own radiance can rise, and your soul’s truth can be heard loud and clear.

Why I Created This Space

I created The Soul Essence Institute for the seekers. The ones who have always felt there’s more to life than what they’ve been shown.

It’s for the beautiful souls who’ve tried everything: the coaching, the therapy, the spiritual retreats… yet still carry an ache they can’t quite name.

The ones who look like they have it all together on the outside (the job, the societal status), but on the inside, feel disconnected, restless, and quietly unraveling.

This space is for those standing at a sacred crossroads in life. Exhausted from hustling, hiding, and holding it all alone, and ready to finally choose themselves.

Here, you are not asked to be perfect.
You are not asked to be fixed. You are invited to return to the truth of who you are. To be seen. To be held. To be guided gently, powerfully, and without judgment, back to your wholeness.

My work is deeply intuitive and energetically attuned. I listen beyond words, to your frequency, your field, your essence, and respond in a way that helps you feel safe, seen, and sovereign.
